Pricing & Service Disclaimer

Our flat-rate pricing covers most standard homes and lot sizes. Service includes a perimeter treatment around the tree line or mowable area, plus targeted applications around your home and high-use spaces like patios, decks, fire pits, trampolines, BBQ areas, and sport courts.

Treatments are effective approximately 30 minutes after application.

To ensure maximum effectiveness, we service every 14–21 days, depending on weather and time of year. Spraying too early can miss the mosquito hatch, and waiting too long means you’re likely to get bit — we time it just right for real results.

If the treatment doesn’t work, we’ll reapply with a different product. If that still doesn’t do the trick, we’ll refund your money — no hassle, no hard feelings.
